@SW-User Usually, but it doesn't have to be that way. Sometimes you can provide the facts about a situation and then people form different opinions about what the best course of action is.

@BlueMetalChick everyone I know forms first their retarded opinions based on their faulty beliefs and even when later they learn the facts, they still stick to their opinion. Only the smart and wise people , about 1% of the whole population dont
