Sounds like you just need to get comfortable with yourself. I am natural and just me. Some like it some don't but that is their problem. Take your time and practice your big reveal on people that don't know you

I used to be afraid of rejection. Always wanting to be a part of everything and feeling devastated when this did not happen.
Then one day I decided to stop trying to fit in. If I had to "try" then it was not for me. My life became so much easier when I came to accept myself as I am, with all my foibles and intricacies.
I present the "real me" now. Those who look at me askance have no impact on me.
I am who I am and I am okay with that.
Accept who you are with your own frailties and strengths. Most important of all is believe in yourself.
Plus remember, many people, "Put on a Facade" because they too, " Want to belong"
