How many times will it take for a person to be told they have done good?

Compared to the amount of times they were told they were worthless for it to take hold they are good?

I think that most people or at least I sincerely hope most people would realize their inherent worthiness as a human being enough to know that they should discard the opinion of anyone who tells them they are unworthy

It takes about 5 good events to overcome the psychological effects of one bad. Now add that for every time somebody has been told or felt worthless. If it's been a lot it will take way more good to erase the damage.

@MushroomFaerie I wan on anti deps twice. they saved me at the moment. Coming off of them was a whirl wind in a 6 month space. Lots of strange dreams.. more than normal .
