How many times will it take for a person to be told they have done good?

Compared to the amount of times they were told they were worthless for it to take hold they are good?

As many times needed before they are able to believe it and then probaly many more times extra to ensure it sticks.

@MushroomFaerie And by that time everyone is worn out
@MikefromEP Why would you been worn out? It's not hard to tell someone something nice. If its to somebody who feels like shit it should be really easy because it feels nice to try and help.

@MushroomFaerie It seems easier for people to believe they are not worth it.. rather than they are.. which is quite a mind screw
@MikefromEP that's because negativity sticks in the human mind. We remember bad things more than good.

@MushroomFaerie Time to remember more good then :)
@MikefromEP if that was how it worked

@MushroomFaerie If I can overcome depression.... at least 28% can :)
@MikefromEP It's not even about depression, it's about brain hemispheres and how they process information. When you were depressed, was it easy to get out? We're you okay at the time? Usually not so you would understand what depression is like. You can't 'overcome'it and then expect everybody else to do it too because 'you did'.
