If you were eating in a busy restaurant, and you saw someone sitting enjoying their meal with others, but you noticed they were openly carrying a gun

That happens often around here, and of course, you have no idea how many concealed weapons are in the room. I find it disturbing, knowing the mental state of many people I see each day.
