My mind is...

Racing today. I'm having trouble concenrating. I hate days like this. I turned on some meditation music. I hope this helps

Quite simple to control your mind. Start writing a list of things to do and just keep writing whatever comes to mind with good spacing.

Then get on with doing whatever you can.
