This bullying, ganging up, etc. is a major reason for me blocking people. The whole, "I don't approve of what this person said, let's ban them" is disturbing.

if people want to be like children .. i have now started this .. try it ban them for a week or a day then unban them .. a time out .. you then have the power and it does not have to be permanent
