I used to go to bar and used to drink for atleast couple of hours then come home and listen to sad songs and cry. Now I am sober so I watch a movie or do some meditation or sleep early.

@sugarpie It does. Sleeping on time and waking up early has very positive effects i have noted that for myself. Food also affects.

@sugarpie I'll take the time to cook something healthy for lunch and dinner, take naps, listen to quiet music. I don't really have a hard time dealing with sadness; it's anxiety I have trouble with.
