People who have no criminal record but end up committing a horrendous crime scare me
Because there were no warning signs or red flags to follow. They just did it.

@GlitterEater True -- the "horrendous" crimes make up a very small percentage of total crimes. And I believe murder itself has one of the lowest, perhaps lowest, recidivism rates or all serious crimes?
