Do you ever get impulsive thoughts?

Yes, but I only listen to them when they want me to buy stupid things I dont need. Im learning to not.

Yeah I have something g called (leaky breaks) aka TIKS. I’m very impulsive and feel like I’ll explode if I don’t compete my little rituals.

A person with leaky breaks does something in a VERY SPECIFIC Sequence to sooth that leaky break.

This is embarrassing but I blink my eyes in a sequence of 4 repeating the words “bit bit, bah bah! Took forever to learn to say that in my head.

A REALLY BAD ONE for me is I wiggle my nose and nostrils of the time people are assuming im shooting them a dirty look or having a stroke.

Throw my phone in a pond or a river.

Usually of running away or throwing myself off somewhere ,sometimes also of squeezing things in public that seem satisfying to squeeze
