Holben is the chunkiest cat I've ever had. :|He just jumped up on the bed behind me and I felt my computer chair rock from the effort he had to put into the jump. 😂

I never realized just how badly I had been subconsciously clenching my jaw. :|Focusing on making it relax is making breathing so much easier. 😂
Can't sleep. Guess I'm gonna stay up 'til 7 and then run to the grocery store.Then grab a nap before therapy at 2. Yet again, my brain needs an off switch. (1)
