i plan to commit suicide this is the end i now know the truth about my past it is time for me to end my life

I was where you are once, I had nothing, made all the bad choices, mental health, trauma, no money, self hatred, you name it. If there's one regret in my existence it would be trying that.

If I could see where I'd be years on I wouldn't have even thought about it. You can change everything in your life piece by piece, small changes that amass over time into life changing ones. I'm living proof of it.

The way I thought was "if I'm willing to go so far in one direction why not just do the other?" It's not the answer you're looking for bud.

Think about this. Think about what you will be missing out on.You, falling in love with a person who may be looking for you right now, even as we speak, or having children or being here on earth to save another person's life.

Whatever happened in the past has no bearing on your present or future. Why? Because you won't let it have that power. Bad things happen to all of us, do we let them destroy our lives? Why let the past make you its victim? Your heart and mind must be strong and not allow anything to make you decide to do something irreversible. And truly, you know it's a cop out.

Also, how do you know you will not find yourself suffering horrific eternal pain in the place where those who end it go? A dark energy wants you to give up; it wants a victim. BREAK FREE from its grasp. You can't let it win.

So be brave, instead of being a victim, be a victor! The past is called ''past'' for a reason, it has come to pass but it's over, it's not the present nor the future, it's behind you now. Shut that door behind you, or burn that bridge and move on to live the best version of you. You will climb that mountain, just like we all do, burdened and all, to reach your goal to find the happiness you are longing for and discover your purpose for existing. But keep striving, muster up the courage to try and survive and believe that good things are yet to come. You deserve a beautiful life.

Might want to rethink that one.
You realize when you die you just cease to have ever existed.
No being a ghost and watching people morn for you.
No coming back as a fresh new human.
You will have just not have ever been.

Call the suicide hotline or get help at a hospital from professionals cuz you obvi want a little help or you wouldnt post publicly bout it
