Really having trouble not doing it.

I know there's a lot of people who would be very sad, confused, and probably angry if I did it. But now that there's no hope of me getting a diagnosis for everything that's wrong with me so that I can start getting help, I don't see another way out.

There is no hope period or did the avenue you were expecting to lead to that close, and so you are feeling disappointed and hurt?

Are you certain you've explored all avenues towards getting treatment?

I've also been through times where I thought I would get help and was let down terribly by supposed "professionals." I am glad I did not give up at those times and kept going. But I know how awful I felt at that time so I'm sorry that you are dealing with that 🫂

@Ananke Thank you. Those are the questions I needed to be asking when I read that.

You are correct that I haven't explored every avenue yet. Heatherly Disability recommended that I go to them, but I'm sure they have other ideas, and if they don't, there are other companies.
Look these up, and see if any cluster might fit you area well, not that it will be these, but just somewhere to start looking.

What's wrong with you?

@LordShadowfire No treatment? That's terrible. Consider researching about a natural supplement called lithium orotate. Look up some video reviews on yt. And most importantly, make sure you have no contraindications with any other supplements or medications if you decide to try it.

There's always multiple choices. Hang in there

@faery The thing is, I'm trying to get diagnosed so that my CareOregon will cover it. I've also been trying to qualify for SSI. But I had a setback, in that the disability Representatives I've been working with referred me to a vocational rehab place so that I could get diagnosed, and the guy at the voc rehab Center had this to say:

@LordShadowfire That's frustrating and seems to happen a lot where these types of agencies are concerned. You'll need to show this to your representatives to be further advised. It's just a setback, which is maddening but happens all the time in these types of situations. People usually have a long story to tell on how they were able to secure governmental resources. I wish you the best of luck but determination to get what you need will serve you best.
