Day two of being forced to be social

The more we embrace the awkwardness, the easier it gets. I am not a huge fan of social interactions unless it's a small group. I force myself to be uncomfortable because it encourages me to grow. I embrace solitude a little too much, but I realize it's time for me to get out of my head and realize mostvof us are always worried about something that others are clueless about. I tend to be that calm and peace that people are drawn too. But deep down I'm freaking out. Praying for you to overcome your anxiety 🙏

Okay so yesterday we worked on saying hello. Did sooo good.
