I recently realized though that ear covering noise canceling headphones, put me in panic mode. Was a weird realization. Felt too. Idk. Claustrophobic, is closest word i can think of

@HowtoDestroyAngels there's a really cool band called Appalachian Anarchy that are like a metal bluegrass mashup. They've got some good stuff.
