		Two books I found very informative  were "From Panic to Power", by Lucinda Bassett..and "I Need Your Love: Is it True?" By Byron Katie.  Both talk about anxiety  and self doubt and fear. 		Something that I found works is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. It has mindfulness as a component as well. It trains you to just experience emotions without labeling it and observing them non judgementally..
