I think i had a panic attack

So yesterday i was running around with the kids.
My boy had volleyball and my daughter had a music lesson. I didn't have much time between classes so i was rushing. I was walking them to the car and i got dizzy, my heart was pounding and i felt very light headed. I and to sit down on the ground. Scared my daughter to death. It lasted about 5 minutes.

Needless to say i was late getting my daughter to her lesson.
