Beautiful sunny day and I'm having a massive anxiety attack

Ffs I'm burning four hrs of lovely outdoor time to do a car repair job now I'm so freaking out and ultra nervous I can't start the task.. going to work soon so I have to go out to do that. What the eff is wrong with me.

Ever get the urge to have a coniption fit and flop on the ground like a fish outta water. Doesn't really help. But I do enjoy exaggerating emotions to at least make it seem I have emotions. What were we talking about. Anxiety? Well imagine...stuff... I guess idk. I'm too tired I'm going to bed
