I can't seem to flip the switch and turn off my thoughts. I guess it will be another restless night

Omg I'm so sorry i can relate i slept 3 hours yesterday. So ive been up for 21 hours i took 1 Benedryl im hoping i can sleep atleast 5 hours. I pray that some good sleep comes soon for you.

Commiserations. I hate that. I always fall adleep just before I have to get up.
