Anyone else gets insomnia when they have night time allergies?

Ugh,

The allergies aren't even that bad,
Just irritable and itchy enough to keep me awake

I thought I finally had my messed up sleep schedule under control these last few months...

But allergies says no

I do! I love plants. I had to give up my passion because i developed allergies. It was unbearable. This will be my last year gardening. I would lose sleep, have dry eyes, watery eyes, an itchy throat, and i even started scratching myself in my sleep. I would wake up with mysterious scratches. The moment i stopped being around plants and flowers it stopped. I had been fine for years. I have never had allergies until now.

@ChipmunkErnie because I always ended up falling asleep better on the couch in front of the tv, my life hack is to move the tv beside the bed, lol
Usually helps when mind is buzzing 🤔
