Sleep is over rated anyway

First time I dozed off I was woken up by Sissy sleep walking

2nd time i woken up hearing my buddy getting sick from a horrible headache

3rd time I got up because Star forgot her key.

4th time I got up because Joel forgot to turn his alarm off

5th time I I got up because i had a horrible tic in my sleep. I have now given up on the idea of sleeping tonight and I am cleaning the bathroom

Sleep is over rated

I feel so bad for you. Im sorry that you cant just seem to get some decent rest. Amazon delivered a package at 4am Alexa woke me up saying theres motion at the door. I just couldn't go back to sleep so i worked out. Thats what im going to do from now on . Ive decided if im up anyway i might as well tire myself out.

@AngelUnforgiven yes that is a good plan. I get up and clean when I can't sleep.

Don't forget to get your rest time in if you can... even if you just lie there with your eyes closed... you're still recovering from being sick.

@YoMomma hopefully they will give him something tomorrow when he goes for therapy. It's been over a week since they changed his meds and his headache aren't getting better
