I’ve slept maybe an hour

Ends up my medication is indeed the one reason I can sleep at night. I cut it in half and was up all night tossing and turning. Now Im awake and dealing with these god damn flies returning. Seriously where do flies come from? They just appear out of nowhere constantly.
