I slept last night

So I took my normal pills and then took half of the prn sleeping pill. I fell asleep around 11:30 and sleep until Joel got up at 4am. Thank goodness. I needed sleep.

I didn't have any trouble waking up either so I think half a pill is the way to go.

Hopefully I'll sleep tonight. Lately after I do get some sleep at night I'm up the next night or to.
