Up most of the night

This is annoying honestly. My current sleeping pills don't seem to work. I fell asleep around midnight and woke up 45 minutes later. I woke up almost a panic and I even woke up Joel. Thankfully He fell right back asleep. My mind was going 100 mph. I was thinking about everything I needed to do today. Who I needed to call to try and fix the issue with my boy. What to say when I called.

The prn heavy duty pills work but after yesterday morning I don't know if I should keep taking them. And I don't know if my therapist will give me anymore.

Plus I have a bad headache and my stomach is killing me today. I'm sure it is because I'm stressed again.

I don't know why this has to be so hard

Remember to rub your neck and shoulders thoroughly with bio-freeze, right up into the base of your skull. Stress headaches are improved by this.

You can't NOT eat, and take pills on an empty stomach. That's going to CAUSE your ulcer to flare up.

@Cigarguy101 This makes me sad. You know the doctor told you that with an ulcer, you HAVE to eat something.

@4meAndyou I know I tried but my stomach, I got sick was hurting really bad this morning when I got up. I just had a protein shake. I am pretty sure it was from stress over night

@Cigarguy101 Go to the grocery store and buy some jars of baby food. Baby food desserts are actually really delicious...and they can be eaten without cooking, right out of the jar. Your stomach will be able to handle that tiny amount of food, and you will not be putting pills onto a raw ulcer.
