I believe those would help you a great deal and be sure and take your b vitamins especially B12 sublingual where you melt these cherry flavored little pills under your tongue and they're very good. They help with nerves and everything else. And they taste great. Please get some and try them you'll see a huge difference. They'll do a lot more for you than drugs which I know you can't help but take but these would help your nerves super good if you will take them and take them faithfully. They can't hurt. When I was grieving one time over losing someone, I can't tell you what a godsend they were.
