Should I just embrace the insomnia?

No matter what I do I can’t fall asleep before around 4 am and no matter what I do my body doesn’t want to be up before the afternoon. I’ve tried everything but nothing fixes it. Even when I do wake up earlier I can’t fall asleep and the cycle continues. So should I just embrace it?

Pardon my language, we are adults, but a natural release helps sometimes, it could be stress and relieving it helps relax your body. Im trying to say this in the most respectful way possible, so please again, pardon me.
Maybe you should see a doctor and get some sleeping pills for a while???

It might be enough to reset your natural rhythm. Some people have had success with melatonin, too... though I advise against abusing cold remedies and hayfever cures because of issues with addiction to over the counter meds.

I kicked ibuprofen addiction earlier this year and that was rough.

@HootyTheNightOwl I cant take sleeping pills. In my teens I was addicted to them and Im terrified of having that happen again. Plus I oversleep whenever I take so much as melatonin.
@Captainjackass Have you tried yoga or guided meditation??? Sometimes, the guided meditation by Lilian Eden helps me to get to sleep.

@HootyTheNightOwl naw I need a fan on to cover up the ringing in my ears so I can’t listen to anything.

Nobody ever died from insomnia but people have gone insane and died because they worried and stressed about insomnia
