Now that I'm not alone

Star is here Monday through Thursday nights. Would it be wrong of me to take a sleeping pill or a gummy knowing she's here and could get up if one of the kids had a issue at night. I am really struggling here. I need sleep but I don't feel I should ask her to do this. It's not why she moved in here.

Get one of those wifi cameras. Point it at the kid(s). Set notifications up for motion alerts. Have your phone nearby and turn up the notifications volume. I did this when my wife was struggling with ALZ and it worked well. I was able to get up as needed and was always able to address her needs using these tools.

If you have someone to help out, they can be notified too. Result, your child is safe. Maybe you get some sleep.
