Now that I'm not alone

Star is here Monday through Thursday nights. Would it be wrong of me to take a sleeping pill or a gummy knowing she's here and could get up if one of the kids had a issue at night. I am really struggling here. I need sleep but I don't feel I should ask her to do this. It's not why she moved in here.

There is no harm in asking. Offer her a little extra for keeping an ear open for the kids at night for two nights per week. Say Monday and Thurday nights or whatever works for both of you.
