Now that I'm not alone

Star is here Monday through Thursday nights. Would it be wrong of me to take a sleeping pill or a gummy knowing she's here and could get up if one of the kids had a issue at night. I am really struggling here. I need sleep but I don't feel I should ask her to do this. It's not why she moved in here.

@NewRaven my daughter sleep walks. Once or twice a week now. My boy he gets up a lot at night too use the restroom but then he starts playing with toys instead of going back to bed. I have a tell him it's not time to wake up yet
