Are you in physical pain?

Tonight the whiplash pain on my neck (from a collision months ago) is really triggered. Plus my jaw hurts from night clenching, and to top it off, I just twisted my shoulder somehow reaching for something on a shelf.

Ughhh i just needed to vent it out. An ice pack is in my future ....

I feel like venting too when I'm in more pain then usual. Nothing wrong with it. Especially if it's something new and yet unknown to me.

I went to a doctor on Monday with on and off leg pain I had for three weeks and ever since then it stopped being an issue. 😅 I still bought meds she recommended but it's weird.

@CrazyMusicLover wow, so odd!! It's so weird, I had sharp little pains in my tooth for the last six years, minor but still enough to say, why does it feel so sensitive? Then last year it was daily pain for months. I decided it's time for the dentist. That day, it didn't hurt, when it had everyday for months (and slightly for years). I KNEW it had to be a cavity. They took an X-ray and no cavity!! 😲 And, it has not hurt for months ever since. So WEIRD!!!!!!!!! BUT I'm good with no pain lol.

@Coralmist I know this as well. Mostly in my upper molars on the left side. Now I rather use some protective gel first and if it helps, I know it was just cracked enamel or exposed tooth necks but I remember I had pain there in 2020, went to the dentist during the worst time in pandemic and he couldn't find anything. There was an old filling there and I was certain there was some problem with it, so he drilled it out, replaced with a new one and it calmed down. But looking back, it's possible that I had a problem with a facial nerve because of TMJ. I was in a lot of stress so I probably ground my teeth at night, also I had severe acne on my jaw so that could have been referred pain from that area too.
