Got diagnosed with migraines 🙃

I was diagnosed back in 2011, but they never were that severe or frequent, so I didn't worry about it. Well, in the past year the headaches have become WAY worse and WAY more frequent. Doc prescribed meds but they don't help at all. Next step is physical therapy for the neck/shoulder/back pain.

Try a holistic doctor. Try to eat as clean as possible and drink raspberry tea three times a day. Drink around 4oz of aloe vera and carrot juicy in the morning and night. My ex wife had that issue and it completely cured her of the migraines and dermatitis

Try the physio. I have a particular type of migraine and physio had helped me.

Mine are terrible now since last year. I tried a couple meds that didn't do shit. Ended up seeing a neurologist who had me get an MRI done. Turned out, I had two bulging disks in my neck that he felt were the cause of my headaches. He said I didn't need any kind of surgery to fix them, but he gives me trigger point injections of cortisone in my neck every three months to help me. It's a series of fourteen injections in all, four on the right side of my neck, four on the left, and 3 in each of my traps. It hurts like a mother fucker, but damn, it really works. I hardly every even need to take a Tylenol anymore.

Migraines are no joke. I quit beer and mine went away.
