Hurting your ankle hurts so much more than i would've expected
I accidentally bump it or twist it or aggravate it way too often 😭 and it HURTS. I thought ankle injuries were like baby injuries

it can vary greatly, supposedly a sprain can be worse than a break in the ankle, as far as pain.
