Have you ever had pain in one area of your body that...

Traveled and radiated to another completely different part?

I get TMJ and jaw pain sometimes. Tonight it has been pretty acute, and it has traveled even down my arms and into my hands. That is rare actually.... but it can travel down my back or front when it is acute. :(

I likewise suffer from TMJ. At times it would lead to earache. A pinched nerve in the upper-upper neck can cause toe pain. TMJ can lead to inflamed muscles in the neck and jaw which can pinch nerves.

There are also tiny bone-extensions in vertebra that fit into sockets of adjacent vertebra that serve to give flexibility to the backbone without pinching the nerves running up and down the backbone tunnel. Those tiny bone extensions start wearing down as we age, leading to pinched nerves when adjacent vertebra don't move together.
Yes just recently my knee had a stabbing pain for a little while and then a headache, I thought it was that I was dehydrated but it was something else. Going to the doctor to see what is going on. Not even that kind of pain could work out with a massage, yours doesn't sound like it either. Wish I could do something. I am usually pretty good at that kind of thing, so I hope you get better. Stabbing pain should not be felt by beautiful people 😞

@mindlessdrifter Aww ty my friend. 🫂 I'm sorry you have had such sharp pain. When did it begin? I have had jaw pain off and on for years, it just doesn't typically travel to other areas of my body, but it can. ughhh. It is easing finally after 2 hours now.
@Coralmist that is great to hear you are doing better. For the last couple years I have had issues. Arthritis in my lower back from a heavy lifting incident. It only acts up this time of year but I take pain killers if it gets too bad ☺️

Yes. Spasms and muscle tics I didn’t used to have too.
