Bereavement Counselling really does help...

(VENT. NOT LOOKING FOR ADVICE)

I have been attending bereavement counselling for the past few weeks and I genuinely feel better for doing it after mulling over the idea for 4 months. Yeah I still feel really crap about the bereavement, but the counsellor has helped me with some difficult emotions that I previously kept suppressed (Bad idea). I just hope that this sadness I'm feeling will go away eventually

I lost my fiancé a few months before our wedding and with the help of family, friends and an excellent Grief Counsellor got through the heart break and moved on. That being said he remains in my heart and memories and always will 🙂
