Are you still able to find hope in adversity?

Yes, I'm still able to find hope in adversity. Even in tough times, I try to focus on the things that give me strength and comfort, like my loved ones or my personal goals etc ..

I certainly feel a lot like King Canute here, but I'm still battling on. There's no alternative, really. I make a plan every day and try my best to stick to it.

I flow with the tides, but I face my adversities head on like a ship in a storm. I want to power through the adversities as fast as I can so I can get back to smooth sailing.

I try to find hope, it's just really hard sometimes.
