Why did my therapist keep suggesting that i dont do anything towards my bully?
She said to just walk away and they will leave you alone.

@SW-User People go through their whole lives being bullied. Usually because of a lack of self esteem.
Maybe their early life was not the best and the bullied regressed into themselves, becoming introverted.
They may not have had positive role models so never really learnt the ways of the world.
Personally it took me until my mid 40s before I finally had the courage to stand up for myself.
Once I realised that everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity and respect, once I realised that bullies really are cowards and if you constantly call them out on their bullying then they eventually crawl under a log.
