Neurologist appointment

We are headed off to our appointment and for some reason I am so anxious over this. So much so I asked Joel to come join us. He's on his way to pick us up.

I wanted to take an anxiety pill but changed my mind.

I don't think I should be this stressed over this appointment

I'm glad your appointments went well. I am surprised your neurologist didn't ask you to keep a log or a journal regarding your daughter's panic attacks. Triggering an actual panic attack in front of the neurologist sounds too extreme and is definitely not helpful to Sissy.

@Barefooter25 she did ask us to. But they are rare she's had 2 in the past 3 years. They aren't common. But we have a system of support, a schedule and her sensory bag that helps her stay calm when she's feeling overwhelmed.
