uhm, hmm... i haven't gotten rid of my phobias, no. tunnels, heights, elevators, certain types of bridges, very high winds, and sometimes germs in certain ways... not like Howey Mandel-level

@SW-User No those are valid fears
SW-User
@Coralmist you are so kind 🌸

@Coralmist For me its a fear that you cant see. The fear I will not be enough for someone due to my debilitating PTSD. I don't feel confident in myself and so I have a true fear of dating.

@SW-User what's wrong with wind?
SW-User
@Coralmist i have that fear, too, but no desire to be in a relationship. if you are lonely and needing love in your life... i wish for you a chance meeting that blooms in to the love of your life, helping you heal your psyche as well 🤗

@iamnikki gentle winds are lovely. brisk are nice. hurricane force freak me out!
iamnikki · 31-35, F
@SW-User ah oh, I've never experienced that.
I did get in a tornado wind simulator once but I'm sure it wasn't accurate
SW-User
@iamnikki i'm glad you haven't... it's really awful.

no, yes... 😅 probably just simulated the direction of tornadic winds

@Coralmist hey Coral, for what it’s worth I think you’re an attractive lady. Sorry I noticed your photo album, so my curiosity got the better of me and I peeked. You should be fine in the looks department. Maybe just need to be vulnerable and open yourself up to someone when you’re ready. You’re pretty. Believe in yourself in finding that guy and hopefully overcome your fear.

@SW-User Thanks Deth. That is very kind. It is more I fear I would feel like a burden, with my issues, that many may not want to stick around for. I am still doing work on my worthiness daily.

@Coralmist yeah, I know I completely missed the target with that comment. If anything, it’s a compliment and maybe a boost in your confidence. From what I read and learned from you, I believe you’re worthy. As long as you acknowledge your issues and continue to work on bettering yourself everyday, then you’re definitely worthy enough for someone and someone to be worthy of you. Your issues shouldn’t be a burden.
Coralmist · 41-45, F
@SW-User Thank you friend 🌸 I guess for some these issues might be a burden...but they are probably not the right person for me. Because I do know if others have issues I am pretty open to being patient or helping if I can. Ty for your ideas Deth🌼

@Coralmist exactly. We don’t need negative people in our lives anyway. I’ve cut so many people out that it’s almost funny. You see, it’s a beautiful thing that you are open to being patient and helping others. You, at the very least, deserve as much from a kindhearted individual. I see relationships as two people who are willing to work through life together. I’m rambling at this point, but I believe you can overcome it. Keep trying!
