You'd have to define "overcame it" ... There's plenty of things I've learned to deal with.

@Coralmist Hmm ... So the big thing with me is crowds. I don't like them and I have always avoided them. So overcame? Can't really say that. But, there are lots of times when I don't have a choice, so I have developed ways of dealing with them. But it's work.

@sarabee1995 Well thats great you can make it through if need be. I think its all in HOW we are looking at a fear or issue.

I feel uncomfortable in small groups - I can get lost in a crowd which suits me fine.

@SW-User Same here..my anxiety can go higher in a small group..especially with new people.
