I Have Anxiety Issues

@RebelHeart2020 have to address the cause of the stress in the first place. I always have general anxiety anyway that gets better the more i do things in life but when something incredibly stressful happens like deaths/terrible depression then thats when i get them because i can't let the stress out properly..i have to take time off work and get signed off when i happens really badly.
my therapist says i over analyse everything and i loop round and round thoughts, and because i tend to 'feel' my thoughts/memories it causes me more stress/discomfort.
so its learning to just switch off sometimes if thats part of yours as well.
(comes from a chaotic unstable life/past)

You're probably a very sensitive person as well like i am so you feel things sharply, so its cutting things out in your life that cause you that stress or coming to terms with them.
cutting out sugar, cutting down on caffiene is a big one, smoking weed alleviates it temporarily but makes it sooooo much worse without you even realising it so cut that out if you do that, stop doing drugs, don't drink as much unless with friends for fun.
but most importantly if its about your life situation thats causing you stress/anxiety you need to face it head on and you'll actually feel better for being in a more stable place.
make your life and environment as stable as possible, and when you feel like you can't get a full breath in, breathe through your diaphram if you get me so fill and expand your stomach with air, because a lot of the time you get too much oxygen and thats when you feel weak because theres not enough carbon monoxide in your bloodstream.

oh and take things one day at a time and don't push yourself too much if you know you're not ready.

@RebelHeart2020 music a lot of the time, , and i have a couple very good friends who let me just message and ramble at them for a bit when i'm really keyed up so i settle down, also my pain meds have a mild mood stabilizer in them that helps.

@RebelHeart2020 well I learned to put up a good front. I'm constantly having to talk to people so it has helped me deal but it is still challenging some days.
