Are you happy, or just distracted?

I seek to be distracted so I can be happy. 🥺

What a unique and interesting question! I'm happy but I can get distracted if I ALLOW negative thoughts to come in. I try not to allow nor entertain them. We only get one shot in this life. I want it to count for the good.

I'm deeply happy, but life and caring for all my responsibilities alone distracts me from joy. I just worry.
