I find it very disturbing

That some people are struggling to eat while others are paying hundreds of dollars for pictures of feet or dirty underpants.
BlueVeins · 22-25
honestly barely scratching the surface of wealth disparity. Wait till you see what people pay for mega-yachts.
Captainjackass · 31-35, M
Truly. It pisses me off that so many people also make millions playing games and yet others can barely afford to eat.
That's why we all who have enough should help others, less privileged ones
I myself have internet access, but right now, my food rations are dwindling.

Truth is, there are many people that may look better off, but may not be. Just keep that in mind, but still, we'd be far better off getting rid of fiat and digital currency altogether.
Moondreaming · 46-50, F
It's an issue as old as time.
Some people struggle just to survive day to day and other people buy Twitter for billions just for the fun of it .
I hate that some people have billions of dollars, more money than they could spend in a few lifetimes, while others are working multiple jobs and still struggling.

@bijouxbroussard And that the best use they can find for 44 of those is giving a platform to the Nazi

@Nebula Are you struggling to eat?
Nebula · 41-45, F
@SinlessOnslaught no, I'm good, just find the disparity between the two fucked up
SinlessOnslaught · 26-30, M
@Nebula Ah I get what you mean.
Rilyn · 31-35, F
Yeah it's true. Lifes unfair.
It is weird, isn't it?
DearAmbellina2113 · 41-45, F
It is disturbing
Pretzel · 61-69, M
not in either group but ..to play devil's advocate

the ones receiving money for their pics or panties - are they not keeping out of the struggling to eat category?
Nebula · 41-45, F
@Pretzel I highly doubt it.
Pretzel · 61-69, M
@Nebula on a similar note - I shake my head at the wages that sports people make

sure, they work hard, have a limited career span and are subjec to injury - so are construction workers.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
So, you want to manage other people's money?
Nebula · 41-45, F
@MarkPaul I just said I find it disturbing, not that I wanted to manage anyone's money.
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
meh, you can say that about a bunch of things. People waste money on a lot of stupid things once they have it
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@Nebula Yeah, I can only find solace in the thought that they're throwing their money away to hopefully reach someone who can spend it more wisely.
Nebula · 41-45, F
@MartinTheFirst at the cost of their dignity
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@Nebula We all have to live with the decisions we make
SW-User
Are you charging for them and then donating the profits to a food bank?
SW-User
@Nebula I’m sorry to hear that
Nebula · 41-45, F
@SW-User just for the time being. It's good to struggle a little, it's humbling.
SW-User
@Nebula I know, my mom and I didn’t have a lot growing up. I have a hard time relating to people who have been through zero tough times in their lives.
