You are choosing to feel the shame. You can't put that on anyone else or everyone else. The question you need to ask yourself is if the shame is justified. And, regardless stop excusing having no energy or motivation by blaming it on everyone else.
We all go through periods of low to no motivation. That legitimately happens. And, there is no shame in that. But, you need to find your way out of it. Perhaps the Bible can help you on grading the shame and where to find the motivation to pick yourself up.

We are only as sick as pur secrets.
Find someone who wants to help, and share what all you feel shame about.
It will release the memories, and you can live in the present.
Don't succumb, don't let it imprison you.
Best wishes

Im not going to encourage anything but I'm going to say... If you feel ashamed about doing normal things that everyone else do, but with a quirk of your own, then you should just do it either way! Most of the people you meet you'll never speak to either way :)
If on the other hand you're actually doing things you should be ashamed of... like... creepy things that no one else does... then yeah stop 🐒
