You are choosing to feel the shame. You can't put that on anyone else or everyone else. The question you need to ask yourself is if the shame is justified. And, regardless stop excusing having no energy or motivation by blaming it on everyone else.
We all go through periods of low to no motivation. That legitimately happens. And, there is no shame in that. But, you need to find your way out of it. Perhaps the Bible can help you on grading the shame and where to find the motivation to pick yourself up.
