Absolutely not. If you are depressed, consult a psychologist or psychiatrist. They can give you real help. “Flushing vibes” is pseudoscience.

Drinking water is healthy, that in terms can make you feel better due to proper hydration.

However, looking at the ocean, swimming, etc. is very helpful. Looking at the majesty of the ocean makes me remember my problems aren't that big

My wife frequent has severe depression and drinks lot of water daily. Doesn't make a difference for that.
No but it could help if you practice mindfulness while drinking water and while mindfulness doesn't cure depression either, it's a good way to at least avoid relapsing and lower your stress levels. By practicing mindfulness every time you drink water you automatically add 8 times of mindfulness into your day (if you drink like 8 glasses of water at least).
Actually it might what you put in your mouth has a lot to do with mental health if you eat good organic whole foods it will help how you feel in life....

I have seen more people helped out of their depression by walking than by drinking water.

@hippyjoe1955 By walking...?
May be helps clear the mind....

@Prince0217 It gets you out in the fresh air. Changes the scenery and gets the blood flowing. Just personal experience.

Water helps, but the root issue needs to be addressed.

No. Emotional healing comes with the spiritual.
