Is water a good way to flush out depression?!

Is drinking water ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐ŸŒŠ a good way to flush out the old vibes of depression? Never really thought about this before but I wonder if that's what I'm missing on a more energy level spectrum of knowledge. Food for thoughts.

No but it could help if you practice mindfulness while drinking water and while mindfulness doesn't cure depression either, it's a good way to at least avoid relapsing and lower your stress levels. By practicing mindfulness every time you drink water you automatically add 8 times of mindfulness into your day (if you drink like 8 glasses of water at least).
