Regarding my observation, in life. Something that can't be avoided in life is being broken from the inside. I had to learn that there will be times when I will become broken by some situations or reasons. However, if I want to be really strong and be able to endure those obstacles, I shouldn't allow myself to be bothered so much by those temporary broken situations. As we all know that some things will never happen according to our plans or to the expectation that we envision. Yet, one thing that is in our control is in keeping our efforts in going the right direction and taking necessary actions with awareness. Anything else will settle itself out along the way.

Everything negative, but all the negative is necessary. What is light without darkness? What is faith and loyalty without unfaithfulness and disloyalty. The good in life is only good because there is bad, without the bad stuff, there would be no reference for the good in our lives. What is love without hate? You don't have to be a party to hate, but it is impossible to avoid it. I can't see a way to avoid death, I am old enough to know I have been here longer than I have left to go. I think all the negative things in life are unavoidable, that just makes the good stuff better.
