Why do you think that is? 🤔

No religion and I’m beginning to wonder what spirituality even means to people who call themselves spiritual but treat people like shit, spend resources on cute yoga outfits and still don’t care about the planet.

I remain unknown and I will continue to experience and explore life without following anyones path. We’ll see how it goes.

Changed I most certainly have. Yet not more or less.

I do find serious fault with any form of "organized religion".

Organizated religion I find is just another method of control and has little to do with what they say they are about.

I feel the same about certain atheist organizations!

They also have controlling ulterior motives.

@DeWayfarer I bet you have some interesting stories to tell 😉
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@dontbekoi none that I would go in depth into.

Too much dirty laundry to say in public. Much of it not my own.

If it’s not science, it’s superstition.

I have definitely become both. More religious and spiritual.
More spiritual though. Being hindu it kinda goes hand in hand

Why... it's needed to maintain positive thinking to fight the evilness that is all about.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
Not into religion or spirituality but I've grown closer to God as I've got older.
ZashaKitty · 26-30, F
same as ever. I dont believe in any of that
I disagree with the assumption behind the question. To me, religious and spiritual are separate independent things.

As I've aged I've become more spiritual and less religious. Sorry that my categories don't match yours.
dontbekoi · 36-40, F
@ElwoodBlues No need to be sorry 😊 I don't think spirituality and religion are the same > I was referring to a higher power (whatever you may call it) Perhaps I should have worded it that way? My apologies for the confusion.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
I don't think I've ever been religious or spiritual. Maybe as a child a bit but that vanished with puberty. Sometimes I feel like my brain is completely missing the part that is responsible for inclination to spirituality and it's not always a good thing. 😅
Rambler · 61-69, M
I think less so than when I was younger. I'd just as soon not think about all that too much... I figure I'll find out all I need to know when the time comes and till then, I'd rather just think about now.

Less because what I was taught were spiritual values, specifically Christian and love one another, seem to have be lost in a haze of we must stop this or that latest outrage.
Much less .

It’s impossible there’s a benevolent force to watch over everyone and everything considering the shit I’ve seen.

They’re either incompetent or indifferent.

More so
The whole lock down/pandemic thing had me asking a lot of questions
dontbekoi · 36-40, F
@SW-User I can relate 100% 😊
hunkalove · 61-69, M
I'm not religious, but being spiritual goes deeper and deeper though I trust it more than I think about it.
Tracos · 51-55, M
definitely gotten a lot less judgmental about other peoples beliefs
SW-User
