it might just be me but ever since i was a child and even now people around me and even strangers have a way of talking to me .im 26 years old . its like they talk to me like im slow or something and i just now learned that everybody is doing this only to me and i dont understand why . i know my comunication is bad but i graduated with honors and im book smart . i also know that im not family orientated and have a tough time knowing my emotions and ways to express them but that should not be an excuse for anybody to treat me in such a way . i have a hard time dealing with constructive critisim and dark sense of humor due to trauma and certain situations .i dont understand or know the difference. its always 2 ways i handel things and those are flight or fight . if someone takes my phone charger i instantly feel like its a set up or if someone takes my things i feel like its a set up and i know those are bad ways of thinking but my saftey and concernes are my responsibility . I learned a new word for today "CONDESCENSION"

At 26 you are still growing coming into yourself relax you'll get better at understanding your emotions and what's going on around you. I was the same way at twenty-six and I still am a little shy and uncertain of myself now, but I'm leaps and bounds better than I was at twenty-six.

@Havesomefun2 i feel like its more to it . its like they know what i know and what i dont know and that makes it more scarier.its like a mind or intelegnet game. i feel like if i dont care for what they think about me i feel as i might be missing out on some information that i need to know. its to the point to were i dont even go out in public becuase they tell everyone that im not up to date with anything or they might go to the extreme and hire somebody to talk to and become frineds with me to see if i would tell anything or something idk how to feel really. i dont care but at the same time i feel like its a hint within a hint to hint at the other person .

So do you believe people are being condescending to you, when they address you? Perhaps, if you broaden your horizons, and instead of handling everything as fight or flight, try understanding, and patience.

@Dv8rs i tried that a few times even before the flight or fight now im stuck in a situation i can not get out of .and even if i do listen and be patient it wont be for me it will be for their own good .

@Dabelletree909 If someone is stealing from you, it makes you feel vulnerable. It seems like if you know who it is, and ask them, they will deny it. You have to catch them in the act, or see them with the stolen item. It sucks, trusting seems like a vulnerability too. I have no advice, and I feel sorry that you have to put up with that, it's wrong. If you can correct that one issue, it may help the other issues, gook luck.

@Nitedoc a litlle but but i dont know everyone . because people have different up bringings .i know alot of people who are smart and have no common since.it so simple .these is the same thing they said to me so yeahhh it doesnt matter if i was actually smart or the average joe either way i still didnt understand and im pretty sure if you was around you wouldnt either . just know that other people have asked the samething .
