Most of the time, but like all humans, I have my shortcomings. There are things I won't trust myself to do, not because I am irresponsible, just I think certain responsibilities are too important for me to commit to if I'm not sure I can satisfy them consistently and effectively, e.g. having a pet. I couldn't take a living creature into my care then fail at looking after it. Just not in my nature.

When growing up I keep regretting it and felt really bad. I wasn't really perfect back then. I always trying to fit in. Always behind them no matter what.
